Be careful with this dealership. The prices they advertise online are misleading, and once you see the actual paperwork the numbers are much higher. It also seems like the “special price” only applies if you finance through them or trade in a vehicle.
They advertised a car online for $18,995 and I drove two hours to have a look. Found the car, but apparently it first needed to be serviced (front windscreen replacement). Fine, had a quick drive around and so far so good. Then, we got talking about the price: 'Oooh, well, no that price is if you trade in a car and if you finance through us'. I purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 from South Shore Mitsubishi on August 27, 2024, and paid a $675 DMV registration fee. I was told I’d be reimbursed the difference within 60–90 days after receiving my registration. That deadline has long passed, and I have yet to receive anything.
On top of that, the dealership completely dropped the ball with my registration. Today I traveled with family to see a vehicle in New York. My sales person was Robert and though it wasnt the quickest experience or purchase the customer service was exceptional. Robert is a true professional and made sure I was comfortable with the car before anything . He wasn't too pushy and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. If i could give this place less then 1 star i would. This is the most dishonest dealership I have ever dealt with, specifically worked with manager Khan and Oliver however everyone there was extremely unprofessional.. Hiding previous accidents and information about their vehicles until after the sale is complete. We visited the dealership to purchase a BMW X4M Competition. The price advertised was 8k lower than the price. Price gauged and was told by the manager that is how used cars sales work.

The whole experience felt very scam like to me, not happy with my experience here.
Car listed at 8450 on line, sales person told me price would be more if I paid cash, which technically is against federal law..

They advertised a white ram 3500 with 16000 miles which is what it said on the odometer. When I went through the digital trips there was 150,000 miles on one of them. The vehicle looked too rough to only have 16000 miles. It’s still on there website.

I did not receive the internet price advertised. I was grossly overcharged. I was not given any information on the vehicle. After I purchased I found out there was only one key. Vehicle delivered with very little gas.
it was horrible, they have a price online and when you go there they increase the price o also they wanted to charged me another $2,750 because I fond the car online.
